News: Tlou Energy to outline entitlement offer

    Botswana focussed Tlou Energy (ASX:TOU) has been granted a trading halt by the ASx pending details of a proposed capital raising involving non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer.

    The halt will remain in place until Tuesday 26th May 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
