background on groundwater near Port Lincoln

I thought it interesting to see what is going on with groundwater via the Port Lincoln Times. What emerges is a community that is very sensitive about the topic; it also introduced me to the concept that they have a special court in SA called the "Environment, Resources and Development Court of South Australia"
