IMHO.
Halt is due to Ansteel taking a higher percentage of Karara as per the numerous announcements in the past.
Wishing it was for;
1. Announcing nameplate
2. Announcing a funding share offer for current investors to buy more shares on a 2 for 1 basis
3. Stage 2 is getting green light and Angang in Bayuquan is getting the gig.
