Yes I am aware of the guidance however feel that guidance has been set too low, even if guidance is met then certain jobs will be still on the line so I feel guidance has to be exceeded.

Personally I feel a lack of "equipment" is a red herring , as is "stating it is the wet weather" however looking at the last quarterly they were working through low grade ore last quarter which was the main reason for the low ounces as earth movement was down but not to the same proportion as the drop in grade.

It really comes down to managing what they have and if MACA puts in a good operations manager and he/she has decent diesel mechanics , and machine operators retrained then that machinery productivity will be closer to 80%.
