Always rings alarm bells when I see a dead bargain.
The "shell" has 21m shares , The main business (Mpire) 10m + 12m performance shares with high hurdles....A shell bigger than the main business.
Cap raise 24m shares....Bigger than Mpire.
Severe discount to the "norm"...P/S or EV/Revenues.
It is a hot sector.....What is the catch?
