Congrats on the heart nihilism....Well overdue.
The cap rise seems to be secured & the acquisition will proceed.
I am concerned that The Russian is floating his business cheaply ( 10m shares at 25c , excluding performance scrip)
That is $2.5m for a business generating over $1m/month in a red hot sector & he is offering the shell twice as much.....Smells of desperation.
I reckon the catch is that growth will plateau or profit margins will remain squeezed.
