Hi
Some previous junior stocks I've invested in over the years who have had legal challenges and don't as yet have an ongoing income stream have compensated barristers with shares for services, so this might be one option to fund it? Sometimes having a heavy legal hitter on the team can make the other side a bit more cautious about proceeding. The current RTD BOD in my opinion have been responsible with expenditure so hopefully if this is the way they go it will be negotiated to the advantage of RTD.
All IMO.
Regards,
