This company compared to others at this share price has a tight capital structure and excellent projects and prospects at different stages of development. It is IMO substantially under priced and a victim IMO of another company's project management strategy a while back and the temporary low point in the supply demand cycle for the price of oil.

The JKA BOD could be awaiting the decisions of other parties (e.g. farm out) or finance (finance institutions) so this could be the delay.

Anyway fingers crossed for RBL or farm out. As I've posted before if there is a chance of good news I'd rather wait in T/H for it.
