Besides the flash that wasn't evident there is the point that the camera being that close to a nuclear blast would not have been working for as long as it was in the vid because of EMP. EMP coming from the Nuke blast would have destroyed the cameras circuitry momentarily. Only EMP hardened military hardware stands any chance of surviving the EMP from a nuclear blast. But the cables and other ancillary equipment probably wont including the operator.
