Actually it doesn't seem to include anything for FAN at all. I mentioned this before - it doesn't seem to have a "category" so it looks like they have left it out altogether in arriving at just over a billion. I suppose they could say its all covered by the word "over", but according to the CMD transcript it didn't rate a mention in the calculations which rather has me worried as I already have it down as 70% chance of 2c 300m and previously it has been the subject of much higher speculations.
