Nearly a year after the board change, looks like there is better market conditions for producing ferrotungsten yet shares are suspended, no cash and a massive dilutionary CR will no doubt be next.
Why are things still the same despite all the supposed "changes". ?
The answer to that lies in what or who has stayed attached to HAZ.
