We have what is arguably the hottest diamond ground in world, so I doubt the Angolans would have entertained giving it to us for free.
When we signed the initial Lulo JV we agreed to pay all exploration costs. I have no doubt that we signed a similar agreement for the mining lease.
Reimbursement of our expenses has never been explained clearly to shareholders, so I ask anyone attending this week's AGM to get some clarification on when and how we'll be reimbursed.
