This company has been disappointing over the last couple of years.
Having said that, unlike most junior oilers, it has always been cashflow positive, mainly due to its low cost base, with management owning a significant number of shares.

Sounds like they have a few key personnel in place. I know little about their latest acquisition, but do have confidence in the current management to take advantage of the current depressed prices.

My holding in this company is showing a significant loss, I'm not buying at current levels and I'm certainly not selling. IMHO probably worth sitting on any holdings you have till we see the details of the latest acquisition & how they'll fund it. They seem fairly conservative, so long term I'm not too worried.
