I don't think that the Alcan decision is the only thing driving OSH at the moment. At its current price all hope of a pipeline has been fully discounted - imo you could probably get more out of it if you liquidated the thing and distributed it to shareholders!! What a joke!!
If the price falls on the announcement of no pipeline then it will be out of sentiment and nothing else.
Notwithstanding all this, I also think that the oil price and the gold price are having their fair share of impact. Oil and gold have taken a pasting recently and most oil and gold stocks have taken a hit. Don't think that OSH has any right to be immune from this.
Also, Alcan were rumoured to have signed in January so why is there so much backtracking??
I still think it's in its trading range.
I am painfully holding.
