I've told you what the misleading and deceptive conduct case was about. It was found to be deficient and AGS and AGS shareholders paid a hefty price, not just in costs but because it distracted the company from looking after business. If they had have spent less time pursuing it and more time looking at what was happening in their own backyard I'd say we wouldn't be in court today.

Your posts are hot air and you are not contributing to the argument. What basis do you think we have for winning damages in this matter. That's all that counts now. The dilution is a forgone conclusion without a damages win, with or without the sales rights back IMO.
