You sure are a strange one, here I was thinking you were a warrior for the Left, the poor, the downtrodden etc etc. But you're advocating a system where poor people miss out on tax credits, but rich people get the full credit.
By the way, there are millions of hard working people who may only earn lower wages but might have a few shares, they are in your target group as well.
