Interesting point and a possibility

In my view, a lot of things are going behind the scene. Today’s announcement for jv and 80% acquisition and subsequent announcement of board re-organisation are couple of things to be noted down in the whole acquisition process. Things appear to be in process for a long time.

Peter McNeil (PM) worked for both OAK Tedi Mines and New Crest Mining (NCM) in the past and both of these companies are in the top 20 shareholders for FNT.

One thing for sure that FNT does not have enough funds to undertake such a transaction and long term commitment but FNT may have a backing of either OAK Tedi Mines or NCM in this process that we do not know.

There is a possibility; some one from behind is making a move though indirectly. Think a bit; How come FNT could get the entire mine and infrastructure so cheap?

I’m sure things would become more clear as the time goes by and, announcement one after another keeps ticking in.

I still believe FNT is under valued and, based on its inherent value FNT should be around 5c and above.
