Possible competition for Folkstone, Arena and Morgan Stanley (who recently purchased ACP (Australian Childcare Projects).
Interestingly, World Tower Childcare, one of the Meriton properties, leased by a private operator, I think was the very first 24 hour childcare centre in Australia.
There are quite a few private operators who have accumulated and developed very healthy childcare portfolios over the years. There is every possibility that more than one of those operators will be considering a listing on the ASX in the near future, creating more competition.
