Last post from me for a while nOObmasta ... the patients not at risk at 42 and 48 months were not lost to follow up .... simply later entrants to the study. So their exposure time did not extend this far.
So what you need to look at is when patient recruitment started and ended. But it shouldn't be this hard ... lost to follow up should be clearly shown.
