when looking at potential markets it may be useful to also consider, in the long run, the total numbers of mCRC confined to the liver, not simply the non resectable ones alone.
given that resection (surgery) comes with risks/pain/complications etc then IF Sirflox produces similar outcomes to resection, or even not much worse, then more patients/doctors (perhaps not surgeons) might choose Sirflox over surgery.
quality of life as well as quantum of life.
