This trial atm sounds more like a one sided boxing match, with AGS standing in the corner with its hands tied behind its back, with Heathgate/Quasar throwing all the punches, and the crowd yelling, “Why isn't AGS throwing any punches”

IMO once AGS puts Heathgate/Quasar in the witness box , AGS will start landing a few huge blows, then I feel sure that sentiment on HC will change.

Win lose or draw, AGS imo must come out of this court case with the ability to have their current production of $31mill of Uranium sold, along with future production, as imo AGS will definitely contribute to further production, as they will now have the funds to do so, the other alternative is AGS sells its share of Four Mile, either way a WIN WIN .
