25 million shares, maybe the deal is really worth $250k at 1c but spin a line to holders that it's worth $1.25m at 5c for a short lived sp boost.
Similar to the SXX deal at 4c until they paid them back in fees.
Also Johnson's loan should have expired, $2.5m with no explanation or terms of the loan. Shocking disclosure by the company with directors organising deals between themselves while we wait it out or realise losses.
