Another one I quote which may be applicable is "A lawsuit may arise when a company uses specific CONTRACTUAL TERMS IN ISOLATION in order to perform their contractual obligations despite the general circumstances and understanding between the parties" I quote this in respect of H/Q showing Zero good faith from the start, JIMHO only. So far all I've seen is a clinical text book demolition of AGS.
