jdawg i would hasten to say the lenders would more than likely have put a hold on divs from this company for the next 2 years...this is a company that has been racked with management and contract problems almost from the day it listed...so there will be a heavy discount on the current share price until current management can show they actually know what they are doing.
all over things being equal re management performance and economy holding up over the next few years and this should be a multiple times profit play and a good div yield. BUT there is more water that needs to get under this bridge.
