Communications and PR Manager
Novogen Ltd is a biotechnology company listed on both the ASX and NASDAQ stock exchanges.  The Company's vision is to become a global company on the back of two drug technologies that we believe are set to revolutionise the treatment of degenerative diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative and musculodegenerative diseases.
Our head office is in Hornsby within walking distance from the train station.  We have 14 staff currently and over the next 12 months we expect our staff numbers to double.
We are looking for an energetic person to take on the full responsibility of PR and Communications within the Company.   This role would suit someone who can multi-task and cope with periods of high activity.  They will be proactive and think strategically.
Reporting to the CEO, your role will include;

• Full responsibility for the presentation of our Websites, IR Applications and our social media accounts
• Increasing media awareness of the Company and develop relationships with the media
• Preparation of marketing material such as digital e-newsletters and e-campaigns.
• Talking to our scientists about their projects and updating the website accordingly
• Update our promotional material such as Facts Sheets, Flyers and other communication based material
• Taking general enquiries from shareholders
• Leverage new technologies, especially video, to increase the company's visibility.
• Manage brand promotion and ensure the Novogen branding standards are adhered to in all forms of communication by both internal Novogen people and third parties using the Novogen brand.
• Identify award opportunities
• Monitoring and reporting on all social media

Qualifications:

• 2 -3 years marketing experience and/or degree, eg, marketing/communications and public relations
• Strong computer skills and interest in learning and working with marketing tools
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment; need to be proactive and flexible
• Strong team player with broad world view – interest or experience working with a global team
• Customer-focused – both internal and external stakeholders.
