I am not sure what you define as "hype" but what I have read on HC today about KBL is clearly based on the announcements and in fact. I would like to draw your attention to the statement where it projects that the Pearce open cut development will add "$15 million net CASH per annum". I'm not sure what measurements you use but just a back of the beer mat calculation indicates to me that, at a PE of 10 (happy to be proven wrong on this), we can comfortably ADD around 30 cents per share to the underlying value of the SP. Then there is Sorby Hills on top of that, and......There are other projects. Read the presentation.

This is not "hype", it is basic maths based on the presentation and announcements.

How many years of production? Not many I think. Three? I don't know but reserve is small. Three years of $15m has npv of around $35m, add $15m for exploration upside gives you around $50m or a little over 3x. I think 10x a bit rich??
