The 20 big holders will be expecting more, mostly through staying the course. As you imply, perhaps the option will be offered to convert. If so then I intend remaining because the rewards will be much greater after the float than if a delist offer price was accepted. I also expect a few M&A deals to be announced at the same time as these will have been kept confidential in the interim for strategic purposes. They will be wanting a pre-float sp valuation equal to 20% or more of the combined underwritten float price of the TZ/TFS group. If the top 20 hold back then that will further limit the number of shares available on the open market. Won't hurt the sp either!
