The pat on the back can come went the job is over. Get the mine operating and reward yourself then with production bonuses or remuneration options.
There is still a way to go. There is no guarantee that there won't be budget blow outs due to an abnormal wet season or whatever. If the next AGM came on time early next year, wouldn't that have been the time for voting on what we are being asked to vote on now?
What's wrong with the 12c options? Are they a bit on the nose now? Won't make a first shipment by the end of December? Well, kill them so everybody knows.
