Significant developments at Wavefront since I last looked at the website, particularly in regard to a new and highly credentialed member of the team, Arun Bhan, who is amongst other things the company’s new Commercial Advisor.

“Arun is the Managing Partner of Dublin based, global business consultancy Matrix Advisors, and a Global Advisor to both the United Nations Office of Global Development (UNDP) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOP), Arun Bhan is currently an advisor to the governments of the US, Japan, India and Ireland, on strategic direction for business and the global challenges faced by the international business community”.

As far as Wavefront is concerned he will be working as

• Key advisor to the executive management team
• Provider of strategic marketing direction
• Identifier of product platform opportunities, and
• Initiator and facilitator of global partnership opportunities

The website also shows that University testing proves the Wavefront multi-modal biometric is:

• able to detect liveness
• contactless
• non-invasive and safe
• multi modal via a single sensor
• extremely fast
• highly accurate
• low cost, low maintenance
• complimentary to other factors

Interestingly we are now partnering with Tennessee Technical University, University of NSW and University of Arizona. No mention of Purdue University.
