re: neptune & otc l&l I have bagged this stock for several years. But I have to admit the latest financials show a large improvement plus the new management/board team look to have the credentials.
Especially the Shell guy who use to pump gas:)
Personally I would like to see a fast response team being put forward ie we can fly anywhere in 24 hours to fix your ship mission statement
