I know what you are saying but my interpretation is that the injection cannot guarantee 100% death of the tumor. If this is the case then surely any portion remaining after treatment is free to spread. Surgical removal would aim to completely eradicate the tumor and prevent spread. The only useful outcome would ultimately be an injection into bloodstream that can seek out and kill more effectively than chemo with less side effects- which i believe we are heading for.
