Roxgold was a bit of a surprise.. however their permitting application/s were extremely advanced from what I've heard. Word is the document was essentially sitting on the president's desk ready for him to sign off at the time of the uprising. Still took some months even at that point.
Having also seen some of Mintrex's quality of work, and the fact that they haven't built anything in BF before, i'd caution everyone to be a little wary.
