Grim reading indeed. I noted the following point from the August 2014 article "Mr Emmett has been working hard this week to convince shareholders the Roc union wasn’t a must-have deal and that Horizon still has positive prospects."

That comment was made when the share price was a woeful 23cents. Company is now drowning at 10c. Well done to the board of management give yourselves a round of applause and throw in a payrise and tell shareholders/investors in the upcoming annual report how you've been hard at it again building the company and shareholder wealth.

Given what's transpired since I think board should be held to greater account and replaced and Mr Emmett who derives nearly $2M a year in income from being at the helm of HZN should be replaced also. Bring in fresh blood with a genuine passion to re (re)build the company! Good luck all, M1
