The following charts use slightly different timing/sequences to those above.

But you can still see the Stochastic chart crossing over and the MACD slowly rolling over. The RSI is now just in over sold territory.

It looks like once the SP cleanly breaks through the 10 MA on the price chart (top) and can hold it, we should expect a confident move back to recent highs or above.

As an aside, I should mention that co's with recent weak anns, the indicators can languish for extended periods in oversold conditions where the sellers are firmly in control. Though I'm not saying this is the case with CVT.  

Also many new/small co's are largely unknown quantities with unproven track records to support their SP, so they have a strong tendency to weaken between anns. They are very much announcement driven and as such are good play things to trade - sell the news, buy the dips in between - leverage up your holding.
