Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 27 May
2015, Deutsche Craigs Limited entered into a block trade agreement with
Chevron New Zealand, under which Deutsche Craigs Limited agreed to procure
the sale of the shares in The New Zealand Refining Company Limited held by
Chevron New Zealand for at least $2.32 per share (and to underwrite the sale
by buying any unsold shares).
As a result of Deutsche Craigs Limited procuring the sale of shares in The
New Zealand Refining Company Limited in accordance with the terms of the
agreement, Deutsche Craigs Limited has reduced its relevant interest to 868,
914 (0.28%) NZR shares (which comprises 293,914 shares held in discretionary
client accounts of CIP and 575,000 shares by Quaystreet Asset Management).
