Good buy-in price?

Hey guys,
I'm really new to stocks and I've been watching this stock for a while and my biggest regret in the world is not buying in already (don't ask why I waited so long, I feel so dumb).
Do you guys think 2c is a good buy-in price or will this drop lower? Should I wait or just buy in now? I can definitely see the potential and where this is going but since i was watching this from about 1c I feel a bit put off... any opinions would be great! thanks heaps in advance
