There's a future but shareholders from before the restructure can write off their investment pretty much. It's been diluted out of existence and as Crinumstarter says needs a consolidation.
As a company going forward COK doesn't actually look too bad, being well funded with a good resource, good offtake deals and good infrastructure to market. Not many juniors can boast that. It's just unfortunate that they over-extended themselves in the boom times and then caught the worst of the bust, so they had to sell the farm to stay alive.
It's a stark contrast to a company like SIR which managed to catch the eye of the market and become a market darling, which allowed them to raise money at a good price.
Ultimately this could still be a billion dollar company. But unfortunately the retail holders got properly screwed along the way so they will be starting from scratch.
