Actually peekaye, I would come out in front at $120 mil (being nearly 27 cents / share), but I share the view that has been voiced here before. MEL is an exploration company, successfully located gas reserves which are worth lots of money in future revenue streams. If that is to be relinquished, we need to be paid the net present value less development costs.
