Unfortunately due to my health I stick with just water lately. Got to say I love your style and you should have been in that court room giving the " implied covenant of good faith" argument a proper run for its money. We could have stood a reasonable chance with that.

Unfortunately from what I can make of the good posts from our trial reporters I don't think our position looks too good for damages. If we knew about the stockpiling then management really needed to do more to maintain our position in the JV. If we were truly left in the dark about the stockpiling then we might have a chance at damages in my opinion.

Let's hope we get our uranium back and the sales rights and the company can make a fist of it from here. If we get some damages that will be a great bonus.

I think the long termers are going to be in this for the long term. I'm just looking for an exit for the stock I still hold at 11.5cents.
