Just a few thoughts on a very messy chart (bear with me).
Trend is obviously up, and despite volume looking like, price x volume action has remained fairly consistent since the open of the trendline. Good sign for a strong trend.
On Balance volume - trending up, good sign for trend continuance, no negative divergence.
RSI/MFI - both sitting in the middle, not overbought at this stage, Whenever RSI hits around 50 we see a spike in price, RSI hit 50 yesterday (marked with vertical lines). (I marked those upthrusts with really cruddy short trend/spike lines showing the price after hitting RSI 50.. didn't work well as it clutters the chart IMO).
