Don't need to have a legal background. Look at it logically, they had 8 months to present something of any significance and guess what they didn't, they lost on all points, pretty comprehensive if you ask me. Other than bribes (which in the current climate I think they wouldn't dare) what else have they got. If anything bad had been presented then the "market" would have heard by now and SMM 's time is almost up for their allotted 4 days. Having said all this always remember when it comes to the law there is always a degree of uncertainty but I would much rather be on our shoes than theirs.
