Two more possibilities:
1. Their roadshow possibly drummed up a bit of extra buying interest
2. WAM doesn't hold any banks, making them quite different to the vast majority of LICs. The recent market dip, was mostly due to a sell-off in the banks. So we might have seen WAM irrationally sold off during that period. And we might have seen a shift in faith from LIC investors towards Wilson and away from some of the bank carrying LICs.
