I think the future for CUE is pretty bleak now. In my opinion, NZO management's own performance has been dismal, and their two main corporate investments Pike and PPP have been disasters. Sure, they may be successful at gobbling up CUE, but I can't see any benefit to either CUE or NZO holders.
