    IMO quite intentionally Brad would have limited their take-up in the raising until a more solid relationship with SQZG is finalised. This was commercial.

    I imagine they would have wanted multiples of what they got allocated. Perhaps call the Company to find out.

    IMO if the SQZG deal is finalised then we'll see true intentions.
