FYI
the directors are buying at USD2cents, which equates to AD2.6cents and is subject to shareholder approval.
I am delighted that they want to put even more money in as they are not sellers and unlike a lot of similar companies they put their money where their mouth is. i.e. there are no freebies.
These shares are at the same price as Encore paid for their 6 month escrowed stock.
The Allen Dome seems to be oil rich, however the drill bit will do the talking.

By the way we are only talking of approx. 10 mil shares for $260,00.
