To be honest what Brierly sent shareholders in the mail was intimidatory and disgraceful and surely ASIC should be having a look at the bully boy language and spoilt little rich kid attitude that was an attempt to thumb his nose at anyone who didn't accept his offer.
I'd encourage holders to ring ASIC about the total lack of respect he's shown holders of a public company ,not that it'll do any good of course.
I have two issues to raise . If the company is so poor with so little prospects what on earth is he doing trying to take it over. Secondly ,if he's halfway serious why doesn't he make a proper bid and outline in a reasoned way to the holders why it's such a good deal for them.
I'm not saying POZ is much chop as a company but fwiiw I'll never touch any company Brierly is involved with because the only person he seems to have any respect for is himself ,and misplaced at that
