I suspect there were a number of triggers, Metal. It appears to me in introspect that mistrust, disharmony and resentment built up over time; from the claimed (and acclaimed) discovery of B4M in 2005, then onto those early troubles re recording meetings, leading on to AGS questioning their granting of an extension, believing they had been deceived .. etc

So I guess I'm saying mistrust in "all things related to the JV", exacerbated profoundly by the fact that the company believed (may still believe?) that the extension was unfairly obtained.

Joint Ventures ? Partnerships ? Yes, they seem a bit like a bad marriage ? Easy to get into; hard to get out of unscathed. .. I've been unlucky (or unwise) in buying into the former, but have been fortunate with the latter
