Wouldn't it be best that for the individual that it didn't proceed past this point of gathering information rather than crossing your fingers hoping it goes ahead? Seems evident to me
that your heart felt sympathy for the poster is a ruse and you want to see a defamation case proceed for your personal enjoyment
