There is also a talk in the same session on a phase 2 trial of radio frequency ablation + chemo for unresectable CRC liver mets, another loco regional therapy. Expecting some of the expert discussion to focus on the relative merits of RFA vs SIRT, and which patient group each is suited to targeting. Other loco regional therapies are a bigger potential threat to SIRT than systemic therapies IMHO.
