Downside/Negatives discussion

Hey guys.

Loving the direction TLG is heading in at the moment, however in an attempt to stimulate some thought provoking conversation, I'd like to start a thread where we can discuss possible disruptor's/items that could impact the traction of TLG.

This is not a "negative" post pers se, I'd simply like to hear other posters opinions. At the end of the day, every stock has its downsides and it's important that investors understand the good and bad of their holdings, regardless of whether they want to hear it or not.

I'll start:

Timelines are not reached:

Obviously we have timelines in place for the construction/commissioning of plants, whether demo or full scale, if the timeline of these was pushed back, it could quite easily start to increase costs, construction is not cheap, this could result in further dilution if capex requirements could not be met with current cash reserves.

New/More effective methods of Graphene production are found:

This is already a thing, Cambridge Nanosystems, a UK based startup already has a plant up and running.
To quote the site:
"The company has developed an innovative new production method that turns waste greenhouse gases into pure graphene, in one, very efficient, step. Using a ball of plasma, held in a steady state, they are able to ‘crack’ gases such as methane and carbon dioxide and produce, in a single process, very high quality graphene – with the purity levels needed to truly transform industries."

They do state that current production capacity is only 5T a year, but they state that the process is scaleable, and looking at it logically, people will always support a process that can process waste into a useful byproduct.
